Balaji Cool Point - AC Spare Parts In Mira Road

I had called and asked about the ac remote availability and when i went to the shop they asked me to come Tommorow.. i when to the other shop which i dint even had enquired and had the same product with even less price.

Total useless service, i wanted to uninstall my split AC, their person came to uninstall the AC and straight denied to uninstall with the reason that it is risky to uninstall from 1st floor as the outdoor unit where it was fitted has rooftop shed, that is risky, they might fall fown... what utterly rubbish reason they gave, the person who installed the AC was easily walking and running on the rooftop, I've called other person to uninstall the AC, the thing I'm giving 1 star is they've wasted my whole time. Owner hasn't taken any responsibility to re arrange any other person.. Total useless..

My refrigerator had cooling problems; most likely caused by gas leakage. Total amount paid: Inspection charges (INR 200) and Gas Refill charges (INR 1,000). I know for sure that the work could've been done in a lesser amount but; I needed the job done without any further delays. Shivam (whose number is mentioned on Google Maps) answered the call promptly and set up an appointment with the technician (Sudhir) who came before 12PM the next day. Sudhir visited and inspected the refrigerator, giving a clear breakdown of the issues and suggesting solutions to counter the problem. He suggested short-term and long-term solutions that suited my unique circumstance. After the inspection between 12PM to 1PM, Sudhir advised that the gas refill can be carried out on the same day and that he would come with the necessary equipments between 3PM and 4PM; which he did. He carried out the fridge gas refill and within a few minutes, the air turned out to be much cooler compared to the problematic state the fridge was in. Overall, this is my first time dealing with Balaji Coolpoint. I will definitely remember them if and when I or anyone I know of have problems related to the refrigerator.

Totally fooling customer. Gas wholesale rate is 500per kg and he is charging 1500 . And other charges 2000 wherein there was no fault. You can take the spares from him but don't trust service. Even spares will get at much cheaper rate in silver park in front of Sai Baba temple. Even 0 star or negative star is more which I am giving

The best place in Mira Road. Person sitting on counter is very genuine and guide you incase you are confused with anything. I got very good deal when I was looking for AC installation.
