The repair person was extremely rude. When I tried to explain the issue, his response was, "I know, don’t tell me repeatedly." He ended up changing parts that were already working fine. I had to call them again, but they came after two days and demanded an additional charge. Even after that, the issue was still not resolved. Thanks to Urban Company, the technician they sent was very professional. They charged me ₹1623, which was less than what this company charged, and they correctly identified the actual problem. They also fixed the mistakes made by the earlier technician. I would strongly recommend going with professionals like Urban Company or similar services, as this is not a simple plumbing-type job and requires proper expertise.

Worst experience I ever had,please don't use there service, my fridge was working, only water was getting leaked sometime, they repaired my fridge and after sometime it stopped working they repaired it again, and again after sometime it stopped working, I called another technician from urban, they mentioned the old technician made direct connection for all wiring, which created more problem. Reply to your comments - You did not mentioned on your comments, when technician visited for the 1st time, replaced thermostat, we made the payment cuz fridge started for sometime. Water leakage issue was the problem, that to sometime, but after repairing fridge from you, it stopped completely. 2nd time when he visited, this time it was short circuit problem, he repaired it again and we mention that, we will check for sometime and the then we will do the payment. But again after sometime fridge stopped working. This time, I didn't do the same mistake of calling u guyz. I checked with urban company and they told me that there is huge wiring mess that has been done and they repaired it and we made the payment to them, and it is working properly since the day urban company repaired. You guys want us to pay you everytime, but you dont want do your job properly. Because of you, we suffered alot, many of our vegetables got wasted.

The "Clueless Amateurs" "I've never dealt with such a pathetic excuse for a service center. They looked me in the eye and promised the washing machine would be fixed. It's not. Now they want more money? It's clear they don't know how to fix a simple lint problem.

Fast an quick service.. the technician was also very friendly co operative .. even the staff of big floats aircon was very humble n kind on call n they give me a very huge big discount on 2 years amc so overall experience was good. Thankyou
