Season Service Centre

Getting my AC relocated through Season AC Service was the worst decision of my life. The staff was completely unprofessional — they even damaged the copper wire of the AC. I’ve been calling the owner for more than 2 months now, but he never gives a proper answer. He only says, "I’ll send someone tomorrow to fix it," but no one ever comes. At first, I thought he might be a student of Vivek Bindra and would know how to do good business and offer proper service, but this was a total failure. To anyone reading this review — please get your AC serviced or relocated from anywhere else, but never from Season AC. Otherwise, you’ll be stuck calling them again and again with no solution. Pathetic service. Worst experience

Fraud service. Bought an ac from them 6 months back. No reply for service after several calls. When checked with company service person, the connection was done wrong. No technical knowledge to seasons technicians and owner. Do not buy any product from them and do not take service from them. They just know how to take money without providing any service.

Technician came on time service is was Good..

Worst customer service ever, had a horrible experience with them where. I tried contacting them to get my AC serviced and mind you I had bought their coupon service wherein they provide 3/4 services a year. And I've been trying to get them to get a technician at my home to get my service done but they just keep on delaying it saying aaj aayega banda kal ayega banda and excuses just like that. I told them that it's an urgent issue where the water is leaking out of the AC and spilling inside the room and still now it's been over 3 days and no one has visited. Won't ever recommend them to anyone ever.

The service center known as "Fraud service center" has been accused of taking money in advance but failing to provide adequate service. Customers have reported that the center does not respond to calls or attend to complaints, and even when they visit the service center, they are told that a technician will arrive within 10 minutes, but no one shows up even after 10 days. This has resulted in dissatisfaction and frustration among customers who feel that they have been defrauded. If anyone goes for AC service, don't arrive! ‍♂️ #ACService #StayAway

Season service centre is best in service in Mira bhayander,m very happy about my AC ,I was frustrated wid my godrej AC every year spent 9-10 thousand and so on...but suddenly I met Mr Rakesh who's owner of the season service centre he suggested me to don't spent in this AC it's inverter AC. Many times I repair with godrej company but no solution.... Now I replace with new 2nd hand AC in this center and m very happy to say it's amazing cooking...iwas not agree to take 2nd hand AC but they gave me trust to use....soooo now we are very happy to suggest this season service centre and yes last but not least staff is very talented with good uniform. The people who came for cleaning just cleaned the mesh filter of indoor unit and did nothing else. Didn't cleaned the fins of the indoor unit. Also didn't attempt to clean the outdoor unit by saying their is no space to work. Waste of time and money. Would not recommend them.
