Very bad service.....you will not get any service after buying their product....If you have enough money and time to waste, then you can buy from here.....Horrible experience....They are dragging their service by saying silly silly reasons....Even after 5 days they couldn't send service persons to service my ACs. They are reluctant ,Even to attend the phone, by saying , the owner is in an urgent meeting (with Obama ???). Even though I purchased 4 AC s from them, still they couldn't. Worst Service.....Avoid ...

Very very bad service after buying their product. I bought 4 AC from them...But they unnecessarily dragging the service... Evenafter 5 day they couldn't provide service for my AC.... Worst service......Never buy products from them. You will be fooled by sweet words... Whenever I am calling the owner( Mr.Frijo) , he says he is attending an international meeting (Jada guy....)and hence no time to attend the call.. Worst.......You will never get quick service from them.....

Very very bad service from them. I have purchased 2 AC’s from them. Once you are going to pay or purchase the AC; their manager Mr.Chandrabose will say so many sugarcane words. After the purchase has done; they will not pick up the calls for the service of AC’s. I keep on calling them on their service team number for a service of AC. Also this manager (Chandrabose) No use. Now my AC is complaint since this guys not come for routine service. After purchase of 6 months of time my 1 AC got damaged; even though the item is under warranty they did not changed or replaced or not done the repair works properly. They don’t have such experienced technician with them. All are trainees. Don’t diagnose what the exact problem of AC. Very pathetic service team. I would give them 0 stars if that available in google. Unfortunately google doesn’t have 0 star option to rate them.
