Very pathetic after-sales service. An untrained service engineer. The next day after installation, we had multiple issues...We even had to keep calling and they didn't show up. There's a water leakage from AC, the engineers have been there 3 times... still can't fix it. If you visit the store, they will tell you that the service person will arrive at your door step, but he won't show up, so you have to deal with the problem. Their customer service is unprofessional and they don't care about their customers.. If you any plans to buy , my suggestion don't go with this outlet. Try some where you can get best service.
