COOL CARE SERVICE

The worest service I ever saw. For gas issue they replaced one of the mother unit and charged around 11k. Still ac din't work. When I called the local techi. He said it's a gas issue. And now it's working very now. These service center people don't have any knowledge. Pls better to go with any other local techi.

Don't attend to the phone calls made.. Even when made a call to the technician he says it to be a wrong number... They said that they are going to send a senior technician to us who actually doesn't has enough knowledge... He said that the fan of the AC is not working and needs to be replaced. ..then they charged us the labour costs for attending and left..but we also enquired with LG customer services, who revealed the truth that the fan stops working, when there is a gas leak...after knowing this, when I made a call to the technician he said it to be a wrong number... Even the branch office also doesn't attend our phone... The reason why I wanted to contact them again is to enquire how much do they cost for gas filling... But they simply didn't answer my calls... What's the problem with these people..? This behaviour gave me a reason to rate them 1 star.. No offences..

Horrible experience i think all these reviews are paid as the response from the team is pathetic, technician never visits the place even after asking for their service, they keep on saying they will be coming but no one shows up. Dont waste your time like me hoping from them to solve your issue, better check with other service centres, disappointed.

The worst experience ever I have . They don't even respond to calls .Better to choose some other . Waste of time and waste of money . They charge higher than others and work was late
