Very bad experience! They charged us for taking us to a place that we did not go to, blamed a middle man (who they wouldn’t let us talk to after repeated attempts) for the miscommunication, and then the driver locked our luggage in the vehicle until we paid the extra amount. Agents Spoke very rudely and unprofessionally.
