Carewell Service - Ac/ Ductable Ac/Fridge/Washing Machine Service

One of the worst ever service centre I have ever seen. Proprietor himself is not professional how can we expect the staff. These guys are total scam. It’s been more than a month and they have not replaced the AC part which is under warranty. No proper response and the guy (Prakash) is rude too when I ask him for proper response. His service engineers won’t even pick the call.Hopeless for doing business. Pls don’t ever choose this service centre for any repairs or maintenance. It’s already more than two months. (Mr.Prakash instead of replying to my review it would be good if you could reply the status or return the product if you can’t repair. This shows your professionalism and people will rush to you for this. Thanks.

Very very worst service, these people are really really bad. After the first visit for estimation, they will take some parts not working and will never show up again. You need to call them 100 times, they wont even answer. Totally unprofessional... Even single star also waste... He is assured to give Bosch liquid more than one month he not given and also not given money.. I've never seen this kind of attitude.. Thank you Mr care worsted...

These people do not know how to install an ac stabilizer, they have interchanged the phase and neutral connections while installing ac and this has shorted the circuit inside my stabilizer and within 3 years stopped working.. now they are not accepting their fault and denying their fault... It's obvious how ppl in the industry are surfing around with lack of knowledge... Pathetic...

Worst service. It is almost 6 weeks but they do not know what is the problem, person who attend the problem (Umesh i guess) does not know anything. So I request the Franchise Proprietor to send the person who has the knowledge,

Split AC was repaired, knowledgeable, skill full and responsive team. Umesh handled , the best. Good service, reasonable rate, timely response. Sambasivarao J.

Service is extremely bad for water purifier and they will close the request without providing any service inspite of having AMC .
