I’ve purchased air conditioners from this store twice. The first one I bought many years ago, and the excellent service I received back then convinced me to return and buy my second AC from here as well for this summer.

Very bad after sakes service. It is very hard to get them on phone. They will promise that they will get back soon and never do. I have to find a different service company.

.Last yr I purchase Western pastry cabinet worth 1 lakh.From the 2nd month of purchase It shown many complaints.I complaint many times..No action for 1 yr and above.The service team and the Cool plus Thrissur Shop outlet team not giving any kind of response..I feel shame on you guys..You people's have enough time to catch new customer through advertising..But no time to fix the old customer problems...So pls guys dont believe the showroom peoples...
