I recently had my three bathrooms and refrigerator professionally cleaned, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was punctual, friendly, and incredibly thorough. Each bathroom looks spotless—tiles, mirrors, fixtures, and floors all shine like new. They paid great attention to detail, even in areas that are often overlooked. The refrigerator cleaning was equally impressive. They removed all the shelves, cleaned every corner, and put everything back neatly and organized. It looks and smells fresh again! Service was totally disappointing and Half work done in the whole day. Now they are not coming next day to complete as told by one of the workers and no one in their office is answering calls. Our newly done paint was also ruined. 1. First of all your cleaning people didn't have enough tools to clean the home. They didn't have proper brushes , cleaning cloths and also cleaning material. Also the floor cleaning machine was small with no wire extension. They didn't use it to clean at all 2. In the whole day they just cleaned 2 bathrooms that too windows are still remaining , I room floor , that too not satisfactory as machine was not good and wire was small, 2 room cupboard, Half of the kitchen again not satisfactory and I balcony floor , not cleaned properly because of small machine. Also we provided a lot of cleaning material 3. They have damaged are newly done paint , by leaving stains on wall. It seems they are not experienced and professional cleaners

Very Unprofessional. I made a mistake that I booked them just to save some money. They sent 2 guy. Only the bathroom were clean else everything have dust after they finish cleaning. They didn't clean the window I called them to inform they said will come next day but no one showed. And guess what they didn't clean the main entry door. There were marks every where the places they cleaned using low quality products. Please don't use them just go for Urban Company a little expensive but will be worth it.

Highlyy highly unprofessional services! Donot fall in their trap!! They charged hefty money from me before starting the baby sitting services by assuring we are very professional and without giving any receipt of the money i gave them they sent a very unprofessional minor girl for the services who didnot even know how to talk properly! She disappeared after 2 days and on repeated calls to the company, nobody is taking calls now! Called their supervisor he said i have already resigned (imagine the condition of this company) I tried to call from google number, the girls who picked on two differnt occasions they behaved sooooo rudely i cant imagine somebody can be this much mean!! Its our hard earned money i wont let it go so easily!! Be ready for legal action for the gross cheating you are doing with your customers!! Attaching my slip for your reference!! If the owner of the company is watching this review please take action against these unprofessional ppl in your team u have hired Or else be ready for legal action!! It was real mental trauma dealing with these front desk girls. Concerned person to look into this matter on serious basis!! Pathetic services ever!!!

I got my cleaning done by them, and trust me, they were terrible. The cleaning was extremely poor, yet they charged a hefty amount. We paid ₹10,000, but the house looked exactly the same afterward. We even asked them to move the beds since they were detachable, but they didn’t do it. Honestly, they did almost nothing. In one word — avoid.
