Mr Babu Kuriakose, the proprietor was very friendly and seemed highly experienced in electronics Service. I had an Mi smart speaker with physical damage which the authorised Service Centre refused to repair quoting "it's use & throw product". Other local service centres were also hesitant to work on the product saying "difficult to reassemble once dismantled". Mr Babu was initially reluctant to accept the work. Said he stopped servicing speakers long ago, but decided to attend my case after a round of request. It was a day of full day power disruption and hence his other work was disrupted. I had done enough research & knew the exact problem & told him the recourse. He fixed my speaker in less than 20 mins. The speaker edge/ surround was torn & was glued using rubberised glue. The external damage on the wired mesh was restored manually. There was no power supply to test the speaker post repair. But he was confident that it will work flawlessly. Thanking you for your time & valuable service. I wanted to have the glue & He charged me 100₹ including his service charge & for the glue. When asked, he politely reused to attend on speaker works going forward. Thanking this gentleman once again for his services & highly recommend Mr Babu for skilled precision repair works.
