They are extremely professional, and on time. The technician who came called prior in the morning to confirm the time he had to come. Then he called again 30 minutes ahead and said he will reach in 30 minutes and gave instructions to get the kitchen ready for the cockroach extermination. When he reached home i was in the last leg of getting the kitchen ready, he was good enough to help me. Then he started to do a very through job. We have a pet at home and were worried if the chemicals will affect him, he showed me the lable and we confirmed with the vet that it will not affect. He did a clean job and gave clear instructions for post pest control cleaning and maintenance. The cost was nominal. They called again to check the next day how the service was and if we were satisfied with the service provided. Overall total satisfaction. It's been two weeks since we got cockroach treatment done and we have been truly rid of it.
Not satisfied today work. The person just want to complete the work and leave from here.. He complete with in half an hour for one BH house..Not listened properly what we said.. In kitchen alone he sprayed the chemical.. Nothing else.. Loss of Rs.1250/ and not worth
