He took my money and promise me pick up and then again changed time and told evening and again didn't turn up.Fooji team dont say its fake..I have all proofs. After that I had to call him 20 times to return my money and he said he is busy and asking to not write the review. He didn't even bother to return my money on time nor help me. These people dont know to respect time and urgency

I recently used Fooji Movers and Packers to send my double door fridge and LED TV from Hyderabad to Baruva (Srikakulam District, around 80 km from Srikakulam town). After contacting several service providers, I found their quote was nearly 30% lower than others. Initially, I had a small doubt about whether the service was genuine. But Mr. Sandeep was very polite and transparent — he shared their GST and MSME registration documents for verification. I also checked their presence on Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, and Justdial, and they were active everywhere. Only the Google Business address was outdated, which he clarified was because they recently shifted their office to Alwal for a bigger space. To be completely sure, I checked their receipt book and even called two of their previous customers, both of whom confirmed that they had received their goods safely and on time. That gave me full confidence to proceed. Their team arrived on time for packing, handled everything carefully, and provided regular tracking updates. When the delivery reached my destination, the driver made a video call to show the unloading process. My items were delivered safely and in perfect condition. Overall, I’m very satisfied with Fooji Movers and Packers. They are genuine, professional, and affordable, offering great value compared to others. Suggestions: ✅ Please update your Google Business address to your new Alwal location. ✅ It would be great if you could create an official website so that customers can easily verify your services and book online. One of the third class service ever, I would never suggest to anyone, No service, No communication clear , Zero Response, falls delivery update As per money they charging definitely not worth it!!! Even my vehicle got broken

Not satisfied with the delivery bike was recived undamaged but while removing mirrors they broke it which costs (13k) and staff was not answering the calls and it took 3 days to reach from Hyderabad to banglore not on time delivery and if asking about mirrors they told that it was damaged in travelling but it was broken while removing from bike it can't be damaged while travelling because they removed and packed it I had asked them they are telling that u didn't took the insurance so we can't do nothing overall not satisfied and I don't suggest this movers

I had a terrible experience with Fooji Homes Movers and Packers. My friend hired them for a parcel transfer, but they completely scammed him. They took the payment but never showed up to provide the service. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, there was no response. I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid using their services. It's incredibly disappointing to encounter such unprofessional behaviour.
