Maid in Kochi

We had a wonderful experience with the maid provided by this agency. Her work was consistent and she blended well with our family. She kept the house neat and clean, and was always willing to help without any complaints. I would also like to appreciate the agency staff for their support and timely responses throughout these time♥️

Very disappointing and unprofessional service. We paid for maid services, but even after a long wait, no maid was provided. Every time we call, they keep making excuses saying they will arrange someone soon but nothing ever happens. They also charged extra for things like background checks and transportation. Even when a maid is finally sent, she doesn’t stay for long and keeps changing frequently. This is not just my experience — a friend of mine who used the same agency faced the exact same issues. The agency often avoids calls, and if they do answer, they promise a call back but never follow through. They are refusing to give a refund and are now asking for more money. There are maids coming to their office, but they are not assigning them to us. This feels very dishonest and untrustworthy. I would strongly advise others to avoid this agency.

Terrible service. Once the maid leaves, they don’t provide any replacement at all, despite charging so much.

I am really happy with Maid in Kochi for their professional and excellent service. It's been nearly 1+ years since we signed up and extended our agreement. With one more year, we have no complaints or qualms but only loads of thanks for making my life easier. They assist the right person after hearing our requirements, and also, people from the office who connect ( Shilpa & Kavitha)with us are great. From the bottom of my heart, I am so happy with the services. The prices are affordable and the housemaids sent are also good. I am recommending this service provider to others..

Maid services are very poor .. after 3 weeks of waiting period, they gave a cook who doesn't even know to make an omelet.. and they are asking me to train her.. Ridiculous! I can arrange a better maid in a shorter duration than this.. and they are charging 25K as services charge in advance.. this is other than the maid salary.

The most horrible service. During the initial few days, they had sent good maids but after that, the maids who claimed to know how to cook couldn't even ignite the stove or make chapatis. Every week they were changing maids and one maid didn't turn up for she was ill, and then refused to come. The other who was put temporarily didn't turn up for she had to drop someone at the station. Reasons are horrible. Finally after a month's struggle with this incompetent team, I asked for a refund. They said, Mam another maid is ready to come and since you are refusing our services, we'll not give you a return. Btw, I had asked for a 50% refund only, despite of all the drama. The team has no control over the maids. Maids leave without prior information and apart from the initial 2, the others didn't know how to work properly. Also, the maids were more interested to know if we would pay them higher than quoted and how much are we paying the agency. It's been 20 days since I am asking of a refund, and clearly the incompetent team will not refund. So the customer ends up facing a loss! They would obviously have the good reviews initially, but I would hope the customers see my review too for a clearer picture. The agency is just not recommended from my side.
