Absolutely terrible and completely overpriced service. Despite charging a very high amount, an inexperienced and untrained crew arrived late and had no idea what they were doing. There was zero supervision, and the quality of work was unacceptable. When I contacted the owner to complain, instead of taking responsibility, he told us that we had to instruct his staff on what to do. Paying a premium for such incompetence is outrageous. Waste of money. Do not recommend Urban Crow to anyone.
