The boys at Bright House are thorough professionals..! They have impressed me with their skills and professionalism. The did not leave any corner untouched. They cleaned the whole floor with their specialised vaccuum cleaner machine. Happy with their service.

I've reached out to them for service, but their behavior has been unprofessional and unacceptable. The staff seems unwilling to engage with customers. I called the number listed on Google, and the person I spoke to was extremely rude. As service providers, they should maintain a certain level of courtesy, especially when dealing with customers. If they are overwhelmed or unavailable, they should refrain from answering calls. Everyone has their own struggles, so it's essential to respect others' perspectives and emotions!!

Recently, I used a cleaning service, and I must say that I am quite pleased with the outcome! The entire experience was excellent from beginning to end. The staff arrived exactly on schedule and shown a high level of friendliness and professionalism throughout the entire procedure.

The staff are uncooperative and lack the manpower to meet supply requirements. They also appear to mislead others and demand double the amount for manpower supply. This has been the worst experience ever
