I have opted for deep cleaning for my new house 4 bhk villa. They have made many scratches on almost all the brand new glass windows and doors. The team is not proficient. There is no one person taking responsibility and seeing to proper completion. They start the work very late. The bathroom cleaning was not proper, I had to make them do again. Not sure what do they understand by deep cleaning. They are suggesting to make my maid clean, then I don't understand why I hired them. The sofa is not cleaned, the dust in all corners of sofa is still there. For Outside floor cleaning just water wash would have been much better than running their machine. There focus is only on completion but not quality. I won't recommend them for deep cleaning services.
