The service provided was basic surface-level cleaning at best — certainly not the deep cleaning that was required. My home had just undergone renovations and there were paint and plaster marks throughout. The team had conducted a site visit beforehand, assessed the scope of work, and agreed to complete the job over two days. On the first day, the same two men who had come for the site visit arrived for the cleaning. Although the office had informed me that three people would be assigned, only two showed up initially; the third arrived halfway through the day. They also came without basic equipment such as brooms and mops, and the first hour was spent arranging these essentials. Once the work began, I repeatedly had to point out unfinished areas. The cleaning consistently felt only about 70% complete. I later noticed that they weren’t using proper floor-cleaning machines and were simply mopping instead. Eventually, they admitted they wouldn’t be able to deliver a thorough or "perfect" result. When I contacted the office, they apologized but said they couldn’t send a replacement team. The second day of cleaning was then cancelled altogether, leaving me scrambling to find another service at a day’s notice. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The cleaning was neither thorough nor reliable — just very casual, surface-level work.

Today, Amresh cleaned my water tank, and I’m very satisfied with his service. He was punctual, professional, and did a thorough job. The tank is now spotless, and he made sure everything was clean and tidy before leaving. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable water tank cleaning!

Excellent service by flora cleaning services. Ihave book for kitchen cleaning because it was in very bad condition but these guys cleaned it very well mr.shushil +1 done a great job. I'll definitely recommend this.

The worst in Lucknow do not avail their services They were not touching the house saying ki "Ganda hai "" hum nhi krenge yeh sb" They were in a hurry to leave They didn’t even care to clean spaces like my bathroom saying ki safai nhi ho rhi hai Making excuses. Extremely disappointed with service . They just dusted normally and took so much money for it even when i said it was for a medical reason they did was casual work. Shitty job

Very unprofessional and mismanaged team. Some lady took the order and committed time and at the time of service when i have been following up almost 4th time , she is informing me that it is not possible now to send people. Do not waste your time here. They don't even know what and how to manage themselves
