Timely arrival and the "physical" effort put in for floor cleaning are the only reasons I am giving them 2 stars. Originally wanted to book cleaning services through Urban Clap, but since there were no slots available for that day, I called these people for cleaning services. First of all, once their cleaners arrived (one man and a lady, and possibly related because there was so much drama between them while they were working), both thoroughly unprofessional in manners and shabby appearance, definitely not trained to provide professional services—came in with only a vacuum. Only upon asking, did he bring in a small motorized brush for floor scrubbing. Halfway through the service of almost 4 hours, they had barely finished vacuuming and would require as much or more time to finish the rest of the work. I called their office number several times only to be able to speak to an Ankit once. After informing Ankit about all this and telling him I wasn’t happy about how their staff were haphazardly cleaning glass with dirty rags, he agreed to send in two more people who never arrived. Surfaces were a dirty black even after they claimed to have cleaned everything thoroughly. The office didn’t care to follow up at the end either if the job done was satisfactory. Extremely disappointed I had to pay them INR 4500 for their substandard work and attitude. Avoid if you can.

Very efficient and thorough service. They did not bother me at all and kept every item back to where it was after finishing the cleaning service. Highly recommended.

Very unprofessional and foolish staff. The tele caller who picked my called didn't aligned any one for job after the commitment. And later she stopped picking calls . I lost may while day in waiting

Unprofessional, uneducated, they demand way way high. For just 1 room cleaning brooming n mopping n dusting, they are demanding rs 2k...really crazy...
