THE ENTRUSED WORK WAS DONE PERFECTLY. HATS OFF TO VIJAYAN, WHO WAS THE SUPERVISOR AND WORKER OF THE TEAM. BESIDES THEIR SERVICE CHARGES THEY ARE CHARGING EXHORBITANT CONVEYANCE FEE, WHICH IS UNFAIR. AT LEAST THEY SHOULD WAIVE THE CONVEYANCE CHARGES FOR THE PLACES WITHIN THE RADIUS OF 5 KMS FROM THEIR OFFICE.
Seems like the reviews for these guys are manipulated. I had hired them to clean my 4 bhk house. The work was average only. I had to tell the guys to do many areas which were missed out. They charge for base pack which was 6200 rs. In addition to that they charge extra for each and everything. Total bill came to 17k (and its not for full house deep cleaning) I had hired deep cleaning agency to do cleaning of my apartment in cochin where they do deep cleaning of everything and they charge per sq feet area of the apartment. Here they charge base charge and then extra for everything which comes out to be very very expensive.
