We got their reference from our neighbour who whole heartedly suggested. We found she was very correct recommending them. Actually our house was in total mess as my maid was laid up and simultaneously I developed some problem in my leg for over a month. But they had left a sparkling house with best bathrooms and clean kitchen. I am totally impressed by their dedication and the sincerity in work. They were so cooperative and considerate we didn't have to strain supervising them. Instead we relaxed when they worked. Would definitely recommend them for anybody.

Tried calling and messaging Heaven Home Cleaning Services multiple times via phone and WhatsApp at 10:15 AM today 10th jan 2025, despite their Google listing claiming "24 hours" open. No response whatsoever, which makes their 4.9 rating highly suspicious—possibly paid reviews to boost visibility. Looking elsewhere; seems they don't even need the business. Avoid! Update : Following the owner's reply, I’d like to clarify a few points. They mentioned being unable to answer a WhatsApp call due to network issues, but in reality, we had tried calling their direct number—which they claim is active 24 hours—multiple times before attempting to reach them on WhatsApp. There was no response at any point, which makes their explanation seem more like an excuse than a genuine reason. Another serious concern is that this business still lists its location as Kaithamukku, Pettah, even though they are clearly no longer based there. It’s misleading to the public to display a false address, and it raises serious questions about the business’s transparency. In my opinion, this setup looks questionable—with inconsistent information, possible paid reviews, and misleading listings. I’d strongly advise others to be cautious and steer clear to avoid unnecessary trouble.
