Can't be trusted. Not professionally run. Peole cant be trusted as they dont respond once you pay the amount. Never pick up calls suddenly. They Dont have dedicated team all are outsourced person except 3-4 people in team, I have booked Indian packer and movers in May 2024 to relocate goods to Delhi from Mumbai. Additionally Paid for insurance as 3% of value of the items , packers pack in hurry, dont use mind while packing valuable electronics equipment. Got my washing machine fully damaged because they didn't covered it from bottom.They loaded item 6 Times before final delivery in delhi. Concerned person never picks call they never shared their details anywhere, all number belongs to same person. Already more than 1 month and no response till date. I will not recommend them to anyone. Pls use professionally run packer and mover even though costly.

Please dont go for this packers and movers had a very bad experience i would give them minus 5 star. Before getting orders they answer our call n responds quickly once we pay them they change they dont answer our calls dont give us any updates on transfer. Hidden charges also tell us to pay gst but doesnt give us a bill. Spoiled name of our Nation which they have kept as their compay name.

Worst delivery services, do not try and fall in the trap...company is a big fraud. I moved my luggage from Mumbai to Gujarat and they will take complete amount before delivery for express and assure you delivery in 6 days. Today is 21st day and i have not yet got my luggage. I have filed a police complaint against them. Big fraudsters. There are far better companies than them

Amazing service. Loved it. I had shifted from Gujrat to Delhi & got my bike through them. very nicely packed and safely delivered & on time!!

Worst experience ever. Never come across such level of unprofessionalism. Wanted to transport my bike from Mumbai to Delhi. Mr. Baidnath Thakur gave me his word that the work will be done in 4-7 days. It took them exactly 20 days to get the delivery to Delhi and nobody was answering as all that is provided for us are 2 contact numbers both belonging to Mr. Baidnath Thakur who does not answer, reply, call back or give update regarding the delivery, but when it comes to taking payment he was always available. They don't even have their own team who gets the delivery done. They gave handover to another transport company that completed the delivery. I got the bike in the worst possible condition as the rear view mirror and the indicator was broken beyond repair and the whole bike had scratches and rust due to the company people leaving it in the open in their warehouse during Mumbai rains. Upon receiving the delivery I called to ask Baidnath to pay for the damages and he stopped responding to my calls and messages. I ended up paying more for the servicing of the bike than the transportation. Do NOT opt for this company if you want a safe and stress free job done because for those 20 days I was anxious and worried for my bike's condition and nobody had the decency to give me a simple update. I guess this is what happens when cheap, cowardly, amateurs are running things.

The movers were professional, punctual, and handled everything with great care. Really impressed with their smooth and efficient service!
