Worst transport experience. Avoid if you want peace of mind. This person agreed to transport my bike and three boxes to Chennai for ₹14,000 with clear commitment of home delivery. He took an advance of ₹5,000, packed the bike, and spoke very politely, claiming he runs service every day and would deliver quickly. The moment the advance was paid, his real behavior came out. He suddenly demanded ₹15,000 instead of the agreed amount and delayed loading for 10 full days, despite continuous follow-up. I had already traveled out of the country, and knowing this, he took advantage of the situation and collected ₹9,000 from my wife at home. Without any proper communication or consent, he handed over our belongings to some other person, washing his hands off the responsibility. The items finally reached Chennai after another 6 days, and even then, home delivery was flatly denied, despite it being part of the original agreement. My sister was forced to travel 40 km to their booking office, spend additional money on a cab, and personally collect the bike and parcels. On top of all this harassment, they again demanded and collected the remaining ₹1,000 at delivery. This person talks extremely sweet until the advance is paid. After that, he behaves as if we have taken a loan from him and he is doing us a favor. Once your items are in their custody, you have no control—they decide the price, the delay, and the delivery terms. Since we urgently needed our belongings, we were forced to listen to whatever they said. There is absolutely no guarantee that your items will be delivered properly or as promised. Such scamsters survive by knowing that common people usually do not go to the police for these so-called "petty" amounts, and they openly take advantage of it. If you want peace of mind, avoid this person completely. Do not trust verbal promises. Save yourself the stress, financial loss, and mental torture.

The owner is a Very responsible person ( japji) . He takes care of your bike as if it's his own. My bike was packed with 3 layers of bubble wrap and cardboard. Just call him and go nothing to be tensed about.

The team is very dedicated towards their work . I have shifted my household goods during the lockdown around 5-6 months before and would like to say that we can blindly trust the owner as he is a hardworking gentleman who attends the whole shifting right from morning till it ends ( Mr Sonu Kohli ) . Would highly recommend them for any moving and packing of goods .
