Very disappointed Stay away I had a very upsetting experience with this cleaning company. We hired them for a complete home cleaning and paid ₹7000, expecting professional service. The cleaner came but did less than half the job — many rooms and surfaces were untouched. He told us he would come back the next day, but from our experience, that never happened. For several days, we kept calling and going to the location, waiting for him as he kept promising new timings. Each time, we were told he would "reach soon," yet he never arrived at the promised time. The amount of back-and-forth caused us a lot of stress and wasted time. The most disappointing part was the behaviour when we tried to resolve the situation. Instead of providing support, we felt the owner spoke rudely and did not take responsibility for the incomplete work. We were refused both proper service and a refund.

However, he never came back, despite repeatedly telling us on calls that he would come "soon" or "in some time." Because of this, we had to travel to our new house again and again, wasting entire days waiting. This whole process caused us a lot of frustration and mental stress. When we tried to ask for either completion of work or a refund, the communication we received was rude and dismissive. The issue was never resolved. Based solely on my experience, I would not recommend this service.
