Great Service, Care and Co-ordination Pros: 1. Co-ordinator Mr Ajay Sharma 5❤️ 2. Rates quoted 4❤️ 3. Packers and Loading staff 4❤️. I think they never get 5. 4. Swiftness 5❤️ 5. Other service like AC fitting 5❤️ What I could not get: 1. I asked Covered Truck and got it. But I asked truck big enough to transfer in 1 shot which I could not get 2. They said they won't move TV. I need to carry with myself 3. The unloading terms must be discussed in detailed. 4. The Packing Material was a bit short of requirement

Pros - They were very efficient and well mannered. They packed extremely well, there was near zero damage to the products. They are reliable and thorough with the assessment of boxes needed. Very helpful also. They said the truck would reach in 3 days and it did. The process was smooth. Samarpita was polite and efficient. Cons- Around 10k more than the market rate plus you have to pay the workers 6000 to pack and unpack, (such a heavy amount cannot be counter as tip, perhaps they do not pay their workers) plus 1500 extra next day as they did not unpack fully the first day. ( the worker said labour cost is 800, you are giving just 700 each). I was supposed to pay nothing after 86000 Overall they are good, but overpriced.

I recently used Oscar Transportation Service for shifting my goods from Ghaziabad to Vadodara. The packing and loading team at Ghaziabad did an excellent job — they were efficient, professional, and careful while handling the cargo. However, the experience at Vadodara was disappointing. The unloading team was not of the same standard — they appeared lethargic and demanded extra money as if it was their right. Since it was late, I requested them to come the next day to unpack my bed, but the coordinator refused, and the team insisted on additional payment to return the following day. I believe Oscar should look into such issues to ensure better customer satisfaction and consistency in service quality across locations. Additionally, I would suggest the company clearly communicate all charges, including GST, in advance. In my case, GST was not mentioned initially but was added later at the billing stage, which created confusion. Overall, I would rate Oscar Transportation as average — excellent handling and coordination at the origin (Ghaziabad), but poor experience at the destination (Vadodara).
