I hired this packers and movers service for shifting my household items from Agra to Ghaziabad, and the experience was extremely disappointing. They had promised a 22 ft truck, but on the day of the move, they sent a 20 ft vehicle, which was clearly insufficient. Because of this, we were forced to hire a separate vehicle at the last moment, leading to unnecessary stress and extra expense. Their packing was careless, and as a result, multiple glass items were broken during transport. Even heavy items like steel almirahs were damaged due to poor handling and no proper protection. Adding to the frustration, the boys who came for the job were rude, unprofessional, and had serious attitude problems. They showed no concern for the safety of items and were not cooperative when asked to handle things more carefully. This entire experience was stressful and unprofessional from start to finish. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a smooth and safe moving service.
