Unexpectedly excellent service. Chennai to Bangalore shifting. Initially, I looking and talking to the big names in "Packing and Moving" industry, as usual. I was asking for quotation and trying to figure out which one to choose. Then suddenly came across this company on Google. I just contacted them to know how is there pricing. I was impressed by there very affordable pricing, but was still sceptical about the service quality and genuine delivery. I was contacted by the representative and they assured me that, the quality will be same or better than any big name out there. I booked, but I still I was full of doubts. Still, pricing was very impressive. Next day, the team arrived on time, no delay. 1st impression was good. Then I saw there packing material, again excellent, I was a bit more impressed. They started packing, so professionally. I did not had to supervise them at all. They were taking care of fragile material, liquid material, clothes, books. Like they knew my house better than me. Without any complaint or sulking, they kept going very happily. Then they loaded the material on the vehicle, very carefully, keep taking care of the space. Packed the vehicle perfectly. Did paper work. Shared vehicle driver details, like RC, DL, e-way bill and all. On delivery, the team arrived again on time. They were very fast, but never in hurry. They were taking care of each and every material while unloading and shifting as well. They were also not forcing to unpack the material on the spot (like big companies, who used to carry their packing material back). They just unpacked the material, which I asked them to. Then the office team was taking update time to time untill the unloading. They also contacted me after the service was delivered, that either I was happy or not. I'm being very honest, I never expected, this much from this company. I was so happy and satisfied. Bug thanks to the team.
