Safeway Packers And Movers

Moved house recently through Safeway. The workers did their job but the management is poor. Be prepared to pay 2x of the initial estimate. Also they charged Rs. 2000 as deposit for the cartons, to be refunded once the empty cartons are returned. I followed up multiple times but no use. Nice way of charging extra money.

Safeway packers and movers did an excellent job and their services is greatly appreciated. All our house hold materials where packed and delivered safely without any breakages. Would be happy to recommend their services. R. Venkatesan

Safeway Packers dont keep up the time for picking. He committed 10 am, then told sharp 12 noon but finally came at 3 pm. He is rude in talking to customers and we had to follow up before day to get confirmed of timing

The worst and fraud transportation company. They don't have any process of taking the item inventory, only dump it into a carton box & seal it with cello tape & count the no. of boxes. Then they will produce a list which is having the details of the no. of boxes only. For them it is the bestest way of transportation procedure. They use weighing machine in their office only & share you the picture on whatsapp (you don't even know either the boxes belong to you or someone else). Now the second part, in between the journey from customers home to the company items are getting stolen or might be inside their premises. In our case our mixture grinder set, raw rice,wheat,cumin seeds, umbrella haven't got delivered. Moreover, items got damaged & broken during transportation. While contacting with them, they have neither shared any contact details nor any mail id of any higher authority person. Damaged items somehow is manageable but what about missing of the remaining items. Upon contacting today, they are totally denying the misplace fact & I have been informed to go wherever I want to complaint against their fraudulent. This is the return gift after being waiting for more than two weeks of time for their reply. Seems it was a biggest mistake of choosing such a lame organisation for this role. Even a single star is more when it comes to put a review about their service. I want the company officials to look into the matter & return the items or reimburse the items value to us. Hope, at least there would be someone who would understand the emotions getting involved into this matter & take positive steps to sort it out.

Don't prefer this safeway packers and movers..first they have not maintained the timing then the people coming for packing not listening what we are saying... And most worst thing is they have broken my 49 inches tv and we ask for the compansation they have given compansation but not upto the rate which I have lost. they are blackmailing that we have sign the bill copy.. I have total lost around 30 k tv. If possible I will share the screenshot of the chat.. i request the people not to prefer this company.... Moreover if you are using this packers, kindly check all the electronic items if it is working or not and then please sign for the bill copy.

2 different occasions I used their service for my friend’s family with senior citizens . Right from packing till delivery including placing them in the places carefully , they’re a great and dependable team . Good luck with your business.
