Very Professional service by transporters where they're commonly referred as unreliable. They promised to deliver my car from Chennai to Gurgaon in seven days. Handed over car at Chennai on 21st December evening. They delivered it on 28th December mrng. So promise kept. They even charged me nominal charges. I also kept some items and it remained safe. Added tip: Don't keep fuel in car. They may exhaust by removing or using ur vehicle.

Transported my NEW Yamaha Ray from Chennai to Coimbatore. I bought this scooter one week before and wanted to deliver it to coimbatore. They packed fully and there were no scratches. 10/10 would recommend for safe and secure transportations.

This was my first time hiring packers and movers. Apollo Relocation Packers and movers really lives up to their name. From the start they were great! I spoke to Uday first to make the arrangements and he gave me a very fair price. He corresponded with me via email and call we. Any questions I had he was there to answer. My movers were punctual, friendly and very professional. We had Uday and Ravindra from the team moved us from Chennai to Gurgaon (Haryana). They provided free wardrobe boxes as needed and they even finished a bit early. That saved hour gets automatically refunded to the card! I can’t say enough good things about this company and their staff. I will definitely hire again and support them by any means possible. I booked a relocation service for my bike from Chennai to Bangalore. The issues started right from day one. I was initially informed that the bike would be delivered within 2 days of pickup, but it was only handed over on the 5th day after multiple follow-ups — and that too, without the bike key. They casually informed me that the key was mistakenly left behind at the Chennai office and promised to deliver it the next day. However, it has now been over 20 days, and I still haven’t received any proper update. I am constantly following up, but there has been no responsible response from anyone at any level. They seem to be more focused on collecting payment than actually providing good service. Overall, this has been a terrible experience. I strongly advise others not to use this service.

I had hired safe cargo to ship my bike from Chennai to Coimbatore but my bike was handed over to apollo packers and movers. Guys here did not even respond properly. They did not give me proper information about my bike and they promised me 1-2 days to ship my bike but they took 5 days to deliver my bike. The person lied about the delivery vehicle stating it had broken down but when I contacted the driver next day he told me that he hadn’t started his journey until late night. It was a hassle and a lot of arguments with the persons in charge at last I was relieved to receive my bike. Highly do not recommend. 2 stars for the packaging.
