I used their premium service to move recently on the 21st of November. Worst experience ever. Informed them the electronic items was expensive and furniture was antique so at most care was needed. They started to complain the inventory I told them can not fit fully and wanted me to take some in my car. Items like book shelf, kids cycle was not even loaded I had to go back again for it. Worst the fridge was full of dent, the sound bar wire was cut and few other items was damaged. When talked to the customer care/ grevance officer the person said I had damaged the item in a rude tone and was of the idea I can not do anything and was ok with me righting a review of them. 1200rs was also demanded as tip. Please people do not fall for their petty discounts and get your items damaged. Choose any other Movers and have a peaceful moving. Avoid these people. We customers need to make them.understand They need us and not the other way. Plz be aware.
