Don't choose this Vendor, because after luggage drop asking more money and Service people are saying if it is Big size TV we need to take care Separately they will not do delivery. so don't trust these guys
March 09th we had hired the service of Sairam packers - Kottivakkam, for our house relocation from Porur to Guindy. They just took our confirmation and did not collect any advance from us. We were bit worried. But they honored their commitment and was very prompt in their service. The driver and packing team they sent also were very professional and reliable. In fact we could not locate few of our items amidst the dozens of boxes. When we called up the driver, he correctly pointed out in which of the box those items were packed. All along I was in touch with Ms. Tamilarasi, who was always on job and took our call. On occasions, she could not pick the call, she returned the call whenever she was available. Overall an excellent experience.
Wish I could give 0 star. They will say a cheap price and will not come at the committed date, last min they will say plenty of reasons and especially if they decided they don’t need you, they will not pick your call up and respond. Worst, suggest don’t go for this packers and movers.
0 rating is the suitable star rating for this packers and movers. Worst and very poor service. No proper response. No professional work.... While they packing, we may get doubt whether they are packers and movers or not..... don't choose this company.....
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. The owner lady was VERY RUDE and doesn't even know how to talk to the customer. She herself asking WHY YOU DO BOOK FOR SERVICE nu. My TIME, THINGS and MONEY went WASTE. Many of my things were damaged. Simply wasting time with worthless work, like packing 10 rupees photo for a long time. NOT AT ALL A GOOD SERVICE. CUSTOMER is triggered.
Such a bad packers and movers i have ever faced I was promised to get it packed at 3am till 7am nobody turned up and in the last minute they stopped picking my calls and not returned back. Finally my entire house shifting plan went for toss.I was supposed to move on that day and informed my house owner that I am vacating as the new tenant was about to shift really they ruined my entire plan. I would suggest not got for this packers and movers.Such a fraud people.
