*Warning: AVOID This Company!* I'm writing this review as a warning to others: *DO NOT* use VAISU PACKERS & MOVERS Their service is horrible. I entrusted them with transporting 3 essential items (gas stove, water purifier, and grinder) from Nagercoil to Chennai, and they: - Damaged my goods (gas stove got wet, grinder drum scratched) - Took 6+ days to deliver (promised 2-3 days) - Were unresponsive and careless in their communication - Showed no accountability or apology To make matters worse, their delay left me without a functional gas stove and water purifier for 5 days. I had to spend around ₹5,000-6,000 on food and water from outside sources, adding insult to injury. When I asked for a solution, the person responsible yelled at me and refused to help. *Details:* - Delayed delivery - DAMAGED GOODS - Poor communication - No accountability - Additional expenses for food and water: ₹5,000-6,000 *Advice:* Avoid these guys at all costs. Your belongings deserve better care, and you don't need the added stress and expenses their incompetence brings. They’ll talk all sweet and goovy until you pay them, later they’ll not even pick your call
