They will not intimate when the parcel arrives the godown even after 5 days. We have to track it and visit the godown. They are charging more than estimate bill.
Very Poor services the staff are not responsible and way of giving response is rude unprofessional no value for the customer and very bad behavior and annoying Zero star rating should be given. If VRL values for the customers they should take action and being reputed Courier service didn't expect it. Very Bad and I never recommend to any one.
Worst company of all time. To deliver items from Bangalore to Madanapalle they take 5 days and they won't even inform us if the material is reached. Other transports either bring them to us or call us, they don't do either of them
Poor service no one will lift phone calls they act as if they are serving us free and even communicate in singular and rude language VRL is the most known and respected brand and I don't know why they have not corrected by employing good employees
