** not a fake review. Consignment booked from bangalore to cochin. After almost50 calls my stuff got delivered yesterday. Most pathetic and unreliable. The entire team. Till taking your order and paying money, they are very responsive but after that lies after lies. If you choose this service, I hope you don't get your in charge as Mr. Kishan. He totally spins stories about where your consignment is. He has been lying on my face for the last 3 days saying that my consignment has started from bangalore. Today finally I got the drivers number who told the truth that he started today afternoon. I have been sitting at home taking leave because every day I am told it will reach today.

We shifted from Kochi to Pune. They provide door to door delivery with very fast packing team which really appreciated.The delivery was delayed by a few days from the committed date, but all the packages reached safely. Only a few items had minor cracks. Please make sure that no food items are packed , as one box contained dal which was eaten by mouse. Apart from that, all items including the TV, scooty, and other household goods were delivered safely at an affordable price.

I had a horrible experience with Agarwal Packers and Movers while transporting my household items and car. Despite their promises, they failed to deliver on committed dates. My teak wood dining table arrived with a broken leg, and I had to follow up for over a month just to get a meagre compensation of ₹2,000. One mattress was missing and was delivered after one full month. The most disappointing part was the handling of my car. On the very first day, I received SMS alerts from two toll gates, indicating that my vehicle was being driven on the road. After raising a concern, they parked the car idle in some yard for two weeks. Eventually, when delivered, the odometer had 500+ km extra. To hide their wrongdoing, they even removed the FASTag, so I wouldn’t get further toll alerts or raise more complaints. This was by far the worst relocation experience I've ever had. Unprofessional, careless, and deceptive practices. I strongly advise against choosing Agarwal Packers and Movers for any relocation needs.

Totally destroyed my new bike. I bought a brand new bike on 23 April 24, got it transported from Kochi to Visakhapatnam via agarwal packers and movers. They totally destroyed my bike expenses going upto 15k rupees. Clutch lever gone, disc plate bent, side stand cracked and broken and much more. I had to get my bike to my resident on a towing van. It is unusable for the next one month till the time all the parts arrive. Now they want to settle down things by giving a mere thousand rupees. Their claim staff does not talk properly, talk harshly and cut the call. I have been trying to contact them continuously but now they are not answering my calls. I would strongly recommend not taking this packers and movers and find someone better and safer. GC number: 4907226. Addition to the review:- I dont know how to reply to their comment, I'm not getting that option. I have screenshots of the conversation I've had with them and also where they have only offered a thousand rupees for a damage of around 15 thousand rupees, mental harrassment and unavailability of vehicle for 4 days.

Pathetic service! No proper communication and there's no room for customer service. Booked on 19th and received on 24th september. Paid for loading and unloading, in which unloading we had to handle by ourselves which was 6:30am in the morning. Packages were wet, TV was kept under a sofa and the driver had no clue on various things. Driver himself asked us to complain the transport where in there's no proper channel itself for transport. These people if they can't serve the customers then they shouldn't even exist. Never use AGARWAL until and unless you are ok with the Delay, Damages and Harsh behaviour.

The team arrived on time and handled everything carefully. Transportation was quick and the pricing was transparent. Recommended for stress-free moving."
