I have moved 15 houses in 10 years and never had such a HORRIBLE experience in my life. I moved from Kochi to Hyderabad last week and trusted my moving to be done by Agarwal "Trusted" Movers and Packers. I honestly didnt know what I was getting into. At Kochi, they unscrewed and dismantled everything and packed it all up in haste, throwing screws into cardboard boxes etc. They assured that their team in Hyderabad are more skilled and experienced than them, so they will assemble all furniture within minutes after unloading. They said our stuff will all go in one single truck and took an amount of INR70,500/- for the same. My peril started once they left the flat at Kochi. They left on Thursday, 22nd May and promised that the stuff would reach by Monday, 26th May. Since it was raining heavily in Kerala, they said it could get delayed, maximum by one day, i.e. Tuesday, 27th May. As for the invoice, the mover, Vikram Singh, said he will send it as soon as he reaches the office in the evening of 22nd May, after loading the items to our "EXCLUSIVE" truck. He did not send me the invoice till I continuously followed up and finally on Saturday, 24th May, he sent an invoice of INR 70,500/-(inclusive of dismantling(at origin), packing, loading(at origin), unloading(at destination), assembling(at destination)) all in a single truck exclusively for us. The original invoice given was INR40,500/- but extra taken was for the single truck. I had to continuously follow up to find out where my luggage was, they kept saying it has left, but it didnt leave till Saturday evening. After continuous follow up, and a million lies from the truck driver, the items finally reached Hyderabad on 29th May, more than a week since it left my flat at origin. They brought the lugagge in a huge container truck, along with other lugagge, and since there were a lot of wires and trees near my house, they unloaded and left my items on the road in front of my house. I was shell shocked at seeing this and when I called the driver, he didnt answer. I called Vikram, he too didnt answer. Luckily I had two carpenters at home who had come to fix something and they helped me to lug some stuff up to my house. After half an hour, the movers came back, put the remaining items in my house and DEMANDED for the pending payment and left without unpacking or dismantling. They said "they have no idea how to unpack and assemble". To top it all, since my items were brought along with other things, in a big dirty container truck, there was structural damage to some of my items, of which I have attached some valuables. Mainly, a brand new mattress(costing around INR 45,000) and a pure teak stand and torn cardboard boxes containing clothes. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS, IF YOU LOVE/CARE FOR YOUR BELONGINGS AND VALUE THE MONEY YOU SPEND ON THEM AND DONT WANT TO SPOIL YOUR HEALTH, DO NOT GO WITH THESE PACKERS AND MOVERS. They are THE MOST unprofessional movers out there and just CANNOT be TRUSTED (CONTRARY TO WHAT THEIR BRAND PROJECTS). I am lucky my items reached me somehow, half broken. I employed another local brand in Kochi, for taking a bigger load (twice the size of the items compared to this load) from my apartment to another apartment in Trivandum on 23rd May, and they did an amazing job, were super professional and kept me informed the whole time. I suggest you give chances to newer, more trustworthy companies instead of going for Agarwal Trusted Movers and Packers.

Disappointed with Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. My son shipped a bike and two boxes from Pune to Kerala on 27 Nov 2025 after being assured delivery within 10 days. It is informed that the boxes reached the Kochi hub, but the bike is still stuck at their Bangalore hub because it wasn’t sent together. It’s been over a week with no movement, and customer service is very hard to reach—agents seem unaware of the status. Please resolve this urgently and deliver the bike to the final destination.

Unfortunate Experience with Agarwal trusted packers and movers I recently had the displeasure of using the services of Agarwal trusted packers and movers for my relocation to Mumbai, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. The entire process, from packing to transportation, was marred by negligence, resulting in significant damage to my belongings. The packing seemed little amateur, with little care given to fragile items. Upon unpacking at my new residence, I discovered that almost every item had suffered some form of damage. From broken glassware to furniture with deep scratches, the extent of the harm was disheartening. What adds to the frustration is the lack of accountability from them, especially the owner Mr.Sunil. When I approached them with my grievances, they didn't even answer my calls. I strongly advise against using them for any relocation needs. The lack of professionalism, coupled with the extensive damage to my possessions, makes it clear that this company falls short of the standards one would expect in the moving industry. ATTENTION SCAMMERS. Hello people, these guys are running a scam, please do not use them for your mental sanity, I had booked with them from Kochi to Mumbai in November, 1) First mistake, they took 1000rps as token for booking which was to be adjusted in final bill, on packing day due being in hurry I paid what was quoted and didn't check bill properly my mistake, 1000rps wasn't adjusted, I realised and informed them was told will refund money by end of day still haven't received it after reminding them everyday till now. 2) I paid 3k extra for insurance for value upto 1 lakh they broke all glass ware and my bicycle in transport and still haven't paid for the same. So in total lost 4k plus all broken things If you call them up and its the one with hanumans ringtone is the scammer guy, oh what an irony!! Will advise my society to black list them but you guys be cautious too when dealing with these scammers. Edit based on reply attaching the bill, the audacity to lie on public forum have some shame and return the money!

Absolutely the worst experience ever with Agarwal Packers & Movers. Totally unprofessional, mismanaged, and rude staff — especially from the Kochi branch. I was promised delivery between 10 AM and 1 PM. I waited the whole morning, cancelled two meetings, and even postponed travel. When I called the delivery guy, he said they’ll "come after 2 PM." I had clearly told them I have a train to catch at 5:30 PM. To make it worse, the customer service is useless — they put me on hold for 10 minutes and never came back. When I called the Kochi office, the lady on the phone was outright rude, saying "we’ll come when we can" and cut the call. This company wasted my entire day, caused me financial loss, and showed zero accountability or empathy. I’ve already requested a refund of ₹1,000 and will be filing a consumer complaint for the inconvenience caused. If you value your time and peace of mind, stay far away from Agarwal Packers & Movers

I relocated my entire household goods and car from Kochi to Hyderabad and it was really a great experience with Agarwal Packers And Movers Kochi. They are best packers and movers in Kochi, Packing and handling was great. Proper care of all the items was taken. None of the goods was damaged. I also transferred my bike. Initially I was worried how to relocate the entire household. But when I saw the packaging they did I was sure that non of my goods will get damage and it happened even.
