My experience with Vaisu Packers & Movers in Nagercoil was extremely disappointing. Their poor packaging, using low-quality materials, led to severe damage to my belongings, including my TV, refrigerator, and furniture. The workers were inexperienced, with very few laborers on-site while delivering, resulting in clumsy handling and further risks to my items. To make matters worse, they demanded additional money at both dispatch and delivery, refusing to release my belongings until I paid. Their unprofessional behavior was evident when they shifted the blame for damages onto the transporter, refusing to take responsibility. Without an office in Nagercoil, it’s impossible to escalate complaints, and once payment was made, they stopped responding to my calls and messages. If you value your belongings and peace of mind, avoid Vaisu Packers & Movers. Their lack of professionalism and accountability makes them one of the worst service providers I’ve ever encountered.

Packing was not upto satisfactory level. On delivery I found few of my goods were damage may be due to rough driving and handling of goods.
