I am deeply disappointed with the moving company that assisted me in relocating from Saharanpur to Visakhapatnam. This has been, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider. The owner is speechless and has no solutions to the issue. The company's management is incredibly poor, and the movers did a horrendous job. My four chairs were completely shattered, the handles were smashed, and even my digital clock broke during the move. My Activa got several scratches too. The carton boxes were of third class quality, no protection nothing. The individuals involved were highly disrespectful and ill-mannered, engaging in arguments, demanding additional payment, and refusing to assist with unloading. This entire experience has left me extremely upset and dissatisfied with the level of service provided.

Labour came for packing and unpacking was so cooperative and helpful. Company coordinator was also helpful. Best recommended for all

It's systems boundary, that I don't give "0" rating. Otherwise this packers and movers don't deserve better than "0" rating. Reason - 1) Workers didn't have any experience how to packs kitchen products. 2) They pack water purifier in one box and its accessories in other box without marking. 3) They packed split AC, but where to packed it's copper pipe, We didn't find until all the box opening ( total 105 no items). Then you feel - how irritating is that. 4) They packed rice, wheat and spices box(loose) such a way, that all things are mixed when opening. Didn't understand at that time - whether through those items or put in boiling to make khichdi.
