I recently chose Rupam Cargo Packers & Movers to shift my household items from Sikkim to Kolkata, and I must say, I was initially quite anxious—mainly due to the challenging road conditions in Sikkim and my previous not-so-great experiences with other packers and movers. But Rupam Cargo completely changed my perception. Their service was truly excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, polite, and extremely careful with all my belongings. They handled everything with care and coordination, which really helped me stay relaxed during the entire process. I was especially concerned about my washing machine and dishwasher, but to my surprise, they were packed and transported so securely that everything arrived safely and in perfect condition. I am genuinely impressed with their service, and I will definitely choose Rupam Cargo again in the future. Very irresponsible behaviour by this firm please avoid. I had booked my luggage with them from siliguri to hyderabad and they were very proactive while pickup but after delivery when the luggage was delivered it was damaged and if you try to contact they will avoid your calls and will not respond. Worst experience. they have zero responsibility and will try to give you no of of third party to deal with your grievance
