Pest 1 India

I booked Pest 1 India for bed bug control on 6th August 2025. The treatment was done properly, but after taking advance for cockroach control and assuring a second visit, the technician stopped responding. Till now, no one has called me back—very poor follow-up service.

Very disappointing experience.We took an annual plan with three services, paid the full amount upfront, and they only showed up once. Despite repeated calls, there was no response — and eventually, our number was even blocked. Highly unprofessional and not recommended.

These people are frauds. Don't even deserve single star. Don't take thier service. I had taken annual service for pest control. After taking money now they are not giving service. I have got only one service from them. I have been following up with sagar salian since feb24, now its may'24. Always he commits to come next day, but no one comes. There office number is not answered by anyone. Frauds...... i didn't even get invoice. Sagar said that i will get invoice copy on whatsapp. Till date i didn't get it.

Took annual pest control service pack in July'23 for ants issue. In this pack 3 services are given. Within 3 months of 1st service- ants menace resurfaced. Since last 2 weeks (from oct 9th) I've been regularly messaging Sagar about the issue but no response received. After umpteen messages he replied that he will come on Thursday (19th oct) .He never turned up nor even bothered to inform. Have been regularly chasing him but seems he is not interested to honour his commitment. If he would have told me clearly that he can't come- I would have arranged for some other and better pest control team to come and resolve my issue. Very unprofessional of this guy. Seems they r only interested in cheating customers into taking their service package. Would advice everyone not to deal with such people and company.

Such a worst service this people is proving. They did pest control for cockroach but no effect and post that I am following from last 2 month and he has every excuse but no solution. I would never recommend.

Sagar did a wonderful job with termite treatment. Very much happy with his services. Would recommend to everyone.

This guy called Sagar gave me service on 15th Aug 2021with 2 months of warranty but his quality failed and his commitment on warranty also failed and inspite of despite of calling him n what's app chat he has failed to keep his commitment and now is not coming on the calls...I have called him on 11th Oct 2021 complaining of the same issues of ant, but this man started giving excuses like he is not well n now his calls taken by a lady, who does not understand things and keeps on arguing instead of providing solution
