Dint show up for treatment on the alloted day as per wat the point of contact rohini agreed upon. Despite multiple calls n msgs to rohini n the service person saravan durai , no one responded. Wrote a review on Google n henceforth getting multiple calls from Rohini but not from the owner. Been using these services for our multiple locations
They took money in advance n never showed up for the work. Not attending calls after paying 4500 rs.The point of contact is Rohini. Worst company ever. Pls do not use their service or pay advance if u want to use their service. They are scammers.
We have taken up the service of this company less than 2 months ago with 4 years of warranty. Now when we try to reach them for quality escalation there is no proper response or quality solution Provided by the Admin and refused to share me their managers number stating there is no manager and worst after sales services by this company. Would never recommend them to anyone
The staff was friendly and they got a appointment set up right away for me. The tech that came out answered all my questions and got the job done. I would highly recommend Aavinash pest Control to any of my friends or family.
After some bad experiences they send their manager Mr.Abdul to my office. Within 4 months termites are coming again and again. They did for 2 time and 3rd time they sent their person after many argument.Hope they will keep their promises. I am giving 3star rating for their delayed response. Hope their manager will keep his words and do the needful if the situation needed. My request to the MD is that don't neglect customer services. It is better you change the customer care support lady.
Seriously very worst service dont book any appointment they are not available on right time and no respect with them first they dont no how to treat a client and no response atall.
Service person was good& polite Used mainly to control lizards Resuls to be seen. But the customer service desk / billing lady was rude,& lacked manners. They don’t require customers it appears.I t is better to insist on to sent sms or email to send the estimate amount. They make you look like a lier. !! Ramaswami
