PCI Pest Control Private Limited

I am pained by the recent actions and response from PCI Kochi staff who gave me false promises and are presently tricked me and asking me for extra money to perform sparrow netting at my toilet exhausts. I am associted with PCI since 2003 when i 1st met Mr.Madhusoodan who spearheaded the pest control of my house at Trichur. I must commed his professionalism that till date I have no issues at my house. Unfortunately he is no.more with PCI which has now given me.a very bitter experience. However, my recent experience with the staff at PCI Ernakulam (Kochi) was bad. I wish to narrate the sequence of events as below. I touched base with the Ernakulam Manager of PCI Mr.Joji on 11th Nov. for an order execution at my flat for pegion netting at my flat. His marketing officer contacted me an hour later and I informed his of my requirement. I also asked him to bring a sample net to decide if to go with Pegion net or sparrow net. After several calls to Mr. Vishnu he visited my flat with the sample nets. I had shown him my kitchen area to be netted alongwith my bathroom exhausts and windows of my top neighbour who stays in the US. The rates given to me by Mr.Vishnu was Rs. 60 for Pigeon and Rs.65. A rough estimate was done for the Kitchen area with measurements and also measurements of my windows were taken which were similar to my friend staying upstairs. A rough amount of Rs. 8000 was told for my kitchen area and he agreed to fix the bathroom exhaust alongwith the order of my friend's apartment when order placed. I called my friend's caretaker Aby and told him that I had contacted PCI and gave him numbers of both Mr.Joji and Mr.Vishnu. Mr.Vishnu had quoted a lumpsum price to my friend Aby. He wanted a price breakup and contacted me. I immediately called Mr.Joji as Mr.Vishnu was not reachable and asked to submit a price breakdown which was done within minutes. Mr.Vishnu also confirmed that evening that the price break up quote was submitted. Several days later to my surprise i came to know PCI had completed the work on my top flat from friend Aby without doing the work of my toilet exhausts which was promised by Mr.Vishnu. I contacted Mr.Vishnu who kept telling me he would do that when ii place order for my kitchen area. I had informed him on his 1st visit that as the kitchen net was recently mended I would place the order when the pigeons crack open them like they did to my toilet exhausts and my friend's top flat. After several frantic cals (as pegions started coming to my toilet exhausts as top flat is now fixed with PCI nets) Mr.Vishnu kept postponing days mentioning he was from Marketing and operations team was not under his control etc etc. He finally agreed for a date of 24th Dec. (One month and 2 weeks after my 1st contact to PCI on 11th Nov. He agian called me on 23rd Dec (today) to plead that he would do it on 26th Dec. And asked me if that toilet exhausts opening was big enough for drilling machine to pass through). I told him that present torn net was placed on hooks and since it got brittle pegions pecked them open and started nesting there. He called me again to mention that 26th was not possible as his trained personnel would be free only on 27th Dec. I was fed up listening to false promises & inform Mr.Joji. He discussed with Mr Vishnu and called me to accept a date of 26th Dec whixh will not be flouted. A few minutes later Mr.Joji called again asked me to sign a work order form he was to send by mail.and gave me a shocl that the 3 labours needed to fix this would cost rs. 6k. And also mentioned min. Order area was 40 sqft. Mr.Vishnu & his greed for making order by numbers not solving issues has made me suffer . I hope PCI would note this and help me fix it and take action against your staff who fool people giving false promises This attitude is a bad mark for a company like PCI whom I have dealt with people like Mr.Madhusoodan. if it was him in PCI now I would not have to face this sad situation. God save PCI with such unprofessional staff. Regards.

pest control work done in our house by pci team and their suprtvisor lyju was not good enough. He promised us 8 years guarantee and it has not even been 8 months..the termites were still there in all the rooms like no termite control was done at all.. we repeatedly tried to call lyju the supervisor in charge but there is no response from him either through text messaging or Whatsapp.This is highly irresponsible.Of you and your team , if you cannot keep your guarantee on this kindly refrain from making false promises. I have shared my disappointing feedback with whoever I know ss 8 never expected this from unprofessional team and unprofessional supervisor

The representative of PCI was extremely helpful and presented the company very well. The clarity and professional approach was very striking. I am still at the cost benefit aspects and hence the order is not yet given. Keep up the standards and clarity.

Professional service however is much pricier than competition.

Works well. Got rid of pest problem at my home.
