Pathetic service. They don't pick calls. Company is fraud. On the first day they came and sprinkled some solution and the process took hardly 15 minutes. They were supposed to come and apply some gel 3-4 days later. But there is no response to our calls / msgs. They charged us for the year's AMC on day 01 itself. Now no service /support. Please don't avail their services. All the positive reviews posted here are by the owner / employees

Hopeless service from Cochin branch. They use some glue pads to catch the rats. Hope the brain behind this idea is bit smaller than that of a rat. They never work. They failed to keep up their commitments. Please do not advance cash. They will close their service on the said date regardless whether your issue sorted out or not.

I take a AMC contract for pest control in my house . I am very happy with him. I recommend to all.

One of the worst experiences anyone can expect. You need to keep following up with them and none of the contact staff pick up the phones. Customer services at its low point. I have to keep calling them for something that I have paid for and they haven't completed their work. I am still following up with them since Dec 2017. Horrible experience.
