Fraud company with fake reviews and poor-quality service! Substandard duplicate Products. Dont be fooled by their Fake Reviews. I had a horrible experience with Organic Pest Control Pvt. Ltd. and want to warn others before they waste their money like I did. The company seems to be running a complete scam — using substandard materials, untrained staff, and fake ratings on Google to attract customers. When I first tried to contact them, I only got a few WhatsApp numbers instead of an official customer care line. After 3–4 failed attempts, a lady finally answered and booked my pest control appointment for the next day. The technician came and finished the job in just 40–45 minutes, saying the cockroach problem would vanish in 24 hours. After waiting over 7 days, nothing changed — the cockroaches were still there exactly like before. When I called them for a revisit, the lady promised that someone would come the next day at 12 p.m., but no one showed up. After that, they stopped answering my calls, and even began disconnecting when I tried to follow up. This clearly shows how unprofessional and fraudulent this company is. They take the payment upfront, do a shallow, ineffective job, and then vanish. The so-called "organic pest control" they use is worthless and doesn’t work at all. Also, if you check their Google reviews, you’ll notice that many of them are posted under the name "Vikas More" — which obviously looks suspicious and fake. Nobody writes genuine reviews like that, and it’s clear they’re trying to artificially inflate their ratings. Please don’t be fooled by their fake online reputation. This company is not trustworthy, and you’ll end up having to pay another vendor to actually fix your problem. Save your money, time, and sanity — avoid Organic Pest Control Pvt. Ltd. completely!

I took the service for the cockroach but result is zero, not even 1% effective when i call them they told we are not giving any warranty, worst and pathetic service. Totally waste of money.

I took an AMC last year and paid in full. The first service was done promptly, but there was no follow-up for the second. Despite multiple calls, I received no response. After nearly a year and persistent follow-ups, the second service was finally done. Appreciate Vikas More for his professional and thorough work during the service. The company really needs to improve its coordination and customer support.
