Started off fine and they were very polite. But after the first few days, there were constant delays with them not arriving on time and not bringing the requisite people or machinery. There were many weeks when they just did not show up at all even after assuring me that very morning or previous day that they would. And when they made mistakes or didn't finish a process properly, they would keep promising to fix it and mostly never show up for it. The electricians who came initially caused a lot of wall damage, which i was informed would be plastered over when the tiles were fixed. But that didn't happen and they never came back for finishing that part. The site manager would show up for five minutes or not at all. And when he did stay, there were still a number of mistakes with measurements, communication, materials, and finishing, along with superficial promises to fix it and excuses. Their internal communication was very bad as well, as I would be informed that one process was left and would be resumed the next day, after coming for checks, and then no one would show up for a few days, and then someone else would later mention that the process was completed and say something very different. A lot of the workers they sent, while I was assured that they were informed of everything, instead said they had been told little to nothing at all. There were also multiple days when people would come, spend an hour or less checking what to do, and would then leave with actually no work done. And the site manager's presence or absence was a coin toss and did not bring much improvement in their efficiency when work was actually done. Finally stopped them entirely when a one month project extended to three months with constant delays and no actual assurity of completion or end in sight. I chose them based on previous Google reviews and was quite surprised and disappointed with their lack of efficiency, organization, and communication as time wore on and the delays and shallow assurances became too much to tolerate.

They gave me an expert opinion on the water damping issue at my house and solution on how to rectify it. Their work was very professional.

Vinoth has done epoxy work on tiles during May 2021but within 6 months by November it needed a rework which Mr.Vinoth promised to take care of it. And rectified by June 2022.
