Poornima Packers & movers

The worst packers and movers service! Poornima packers is very very unprofessional and caused me a lot of mental stress. I recommend not to use their service! I confirmed the date of moving two weeks prior and reminded them a couple of times, even until 12 h before. But they didn't turn up on the day. After 2 hours of the booked time, they casually said they'll come after a few hours but even after 5 h they did not come. They even stopped answering calls after that. I had to book a new packer at the last moment. I've attached a screenshot of the confirmation message I had got from them while I initially booked.

Be aware from them. Nowadays they are doing very bad service. My things are all got damaged while shifting. They are very careless. They are also not taking any responsibility for broken things and finally our cost is lost. you broke almost total of more than 10000 worth items because of your service. Really disappointed.

Never recommend this packers and movers. I used packers and movers for the house shifting. Worst service. They didn't use any sponge or bubble wrap for any electrical items, glass, and broke and spoiled many items. New painted beros all were scratched in many places since they didn't use bubble wrap and sponge. Charged around 7000 to 7500. Less than other packers and movers so Less service. Don't go with their service. Worst irresponsible.
