Please avoid booking with Porter. DO NOT ever go to Porter with their fraudulent marketing calls for packers and movers. The service is pathetic and there will be no customer support whatsoever after the order. You need to reach out to customer care multiple times to say your concern repeatedly to different people each time, later they will give excuse that we didn’t pick up the call and keep closing the ticket. There is no proper mode of tracking any tickets. There will not be any resolution given even after reopening the ticket saying the reason that the timeline has passed

Since the partner unable to bring the vehicle inside the street. I received a call from porter and they said they will arrange another vehicle with immediate effect. From then I didn’t receive any response for more than 1 hour and not responding for my calls. Even though the previous driver could’ve brought the vehicle inside the street if he is very experienced in driving. Very very worst experience ever. Never booking or using porter again.

Please avoid booking packers and movers through Porter – it's a complete waste of time and energy! I had scheduled a move for a specific date at 4:00 PM, but no partner was assigned even after 30+ calls since 3pm and 6.5 hours of waiting. Finally, someone was assigned at 9:30 PM, but they didn’t answer their phone initially. When they eventually did, they said they'd arrive by 8:00 AM the next morning – but no one showed up, even by 1:00 PM. I had no choice but to wait, as other packers and movers were charging double for last-minute bookings – and mind you, I had booked Porter 20 days in advance. Customer support was completely unhelpful – they couldn’t transfer my call to anyone in charge, nor provide any solution. I spoke to over 30 executives, and every single one kept repeating the same lines: "Please wait a little longer," and "Sorry for the inconvenience." No resolution, no escalation, no follow-up from a senior representative – not even after 24 hours. This experience has been mentally exhausting and incredibly frustrating. Save yourself the trouble – don’t rely on Porter for your move. Never ever book their packers and movers save yourself from these people

Porter team arrived as per scheduled and handled things professionally with care. Packing / Loading and un Loading was done neatly. Reach destination unloaded and updated the sender accordingly.

Worst experience ever,just for shifting between 1km and half of the things they charged 8300 rupees,doesn't rap the sofa and when I insisted to do, they wrapped it .they left half of the items and when we requested that we pay extra they ignored it and again next day we arranged another truck to move half of our things.Dont trust these guys very very lazy and irresponsible.and the responsible person name_ manikandan is really very very rude. And they took only 5 small boxes to pick things from a 2bhk house,believe it's a small size box, _ 1.5 feet ×1.5 feet how come it's possible for a 2bhk house ,stupid porter.never trust them

Shifting has been done as per affordable terms & in a decent way . They help us in loading & unloading things in a better way . So it's suggestible to pack things beforehand . Also they took good care of fragile items .
