Absolutely Unprofessional and Misleading – Worst Shifting Experience I recently hired this transport company to shift my household items, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. They initially promised a 14-feet vehicle, which I specifically requested due to the volume of items I needed to move. Despite multiple reminders and follow-ups, they showed up on the day of shifting with a much smaller vehicle, clearly not what was agreed upon. When questioned, they claimed the small vehicle was just for bringing packing materials and labor, and assured me the 14-feet vehicle would arrive later. But once packing was complete, they started giving fake excuses, saying the larger vehicle had broken down, and ultimately refused to send another one, blatantly ignoring the space required for my belongings. They then crammed everything into the small vehicle, stacking items one over the other without care, causing damage and disarray. The staff was uncooperative, rushed the job, and handled everything poorly. What’s worse, they charged me the full price for the 14-feet vehicle, without any adjustment or apology. This level of dishonesty and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. This company is completely fraudulent, unprofessional, and unethical. I strongly warn others not to trust them with your belongings. If you value your time, money, and possessions, stay far away from this transport service. Looking at their online presence, I seriously doubt the authenticity of the positive Google reviews. Based on my experience, it's hard to believe they came from real customers — it feels like the reviews were planted to mislead people. Don’t fall into the same trap I did.

I would suggest don't hire this prime relocation packets and movers for shifting. I really had a very bad experience with them yesterday (5 Aug) They are not professional and not even upto their words. He ensured me that not even a single damage will be there, and the damaged I already shared in the picture plus the labours were very rude. Whatever money he asked I paid despite I am single and not having that much stuff.. in the name of unpack they dump all the kitchen items on my bed. Better to explore other options. Rest upto to you ..they dump my plants not even bother to organized. When I shared my feedback and pictures with Mr Jeet he didn't even bother to apologise or reply. It's totally wastage of money. There are lot other things they damage.

Best company i have ever seen because they so punctual and very dedicated towards their services ..

Request everyone not to book this company for packer and mover. This is a fraud company. The will pay the premium of 300 rs of insurance and will charge 3000 rs. Also they will give you incorrect bills and of very huge amount. Do not go after the google reviews. They have made fake reviews.

I have shifted from Chennai to Bangalore. They give me a very cheap service and affordable price. I like that work.

Worst service and non responsive staff. They damaged my bike and other luggage while shifting. Even after insurance and frequent calls they have not paid any money for damage. When I ask them to provide the owner contact no and other details they just providing assurance for compensation. I am going to file police complaint against this firm.

Recently i have shifted from Chennai to Gurgaon, being in central govt. service have to relocate every 3-4 years and trust me i have found them to be far more professional and serious for their time sensitive service. Kudos to the guys, you are doing a fantastic job. Happy relocating
