Be very careful with your belongings. Some of our goods went missing, and when we reported it, they clearly said they are not responsible. Only 3 people came for packing and unloading, which was completely insufficient. The entire process took one full day, starting at 10:00 AM and dragging till 12:30 AM at night. Poor planning, poor accountability, and very stressful overall.

Recently we hired Riya packers and movers . Firstly , The below exp it was happened to me personally , they were not well planned and prepared during the shifting date . On shifting date they were called me on time early monring .i thought happy and they are good keeping in deciplied way of doing job but unfortunately the thought was vanished in couple of hours with one call. vehichle got repaired and they delayed for me its getting delayed in shifting also they not arranged the alternative vehicle immedetely it took around until 3 o clock afternoon. Apart from that , they have the excellent team. For shifting i dont see any issues with the core team members for shiffing. However , The owner is not good in the above exp , we both intially negotiate come to 9K with oral promiss.However while sending the bill copy he made 9.5 K . Since i was trust and belive him i never open the bill copy its my wrong from my side . i should opened the bill and asked on that amount . Due to busy office hours , i trust him i never opened and see the bill he sent . On that shifting date it was surprise for me .He told to check the bill copy . I negotiate with him many time he simply told check the bill copy. I not worry about the increase in amount 500 K but i was belive and speak with oral promiss by two human beings promiss could not follow by him that was my concern. so my advise . Pls check and ensure the bill copy one or twice what promiss he is made once done the booking and check the bill copy twice.
