I shifted my house hold things from Chennai to Trivandrum wow there service was awesome there staff packed all things safe and they delivered over all they did clean work and they charge very low in over all market that 100% Sure you guys also choose this smart packers

Packing was ok but the way they handled the AC and the extended copper tubing I spent around 7000 INR more to fix the AC's in my new place. Their AC technicians are fully drunken and unfit to handle the AC's, I would give a negative rating for that, worst service on the AC part. Better to remove AC's and not trust the guys from Vimala packers and movers

Zero Professionalism - Handled by Passing vehicles to and fro locations. Not customer friendly, rigid about cost and some unknown people will call and record it, because they've not received money from Vijay. I was highly annoyed by those calls and they say the coordinator switched off so calling you. I understand this is a business involved Coordination but the way handled is unacceptable. I paid fully what was asked for,but unhappy to the core. Will never ever approach for any such transits. I regret for have dealt with Vijay Kumar. Not packers and movers, only transportation provided, rest everything we've to take care, starting from loading till unloading

If we go to long distance we should need closed decent vehicle.,Otherwise no issue service is good.
