My son was on vacation at Tasgaon and we hv placed order one for mobile and other for domestic article.Very sorry to post that domestic article ordered one and delivered another.we hv requested return but no response from Sangli office.In case of mobile the delivery boy is not knowing the exchange procedure hence he informed on 24.10.25 that on 25.10.25 another person will deliver order at 10.00 am onwards.But till time we hv not received the article.We hv called customer care of Amazon four times but still not resolved the problem. My son has to cancel the Mumbai travel plan resulted financial losses.We expect mobile delivery on Sunday 26.10.25
Very bad service from amazon delivery, return pick up cancelled for 3 times without intimation, after raising complaint on customer service center picked up return item but didn't send confirmation on received instead marked as pick up fail for calling consecutively to customer service finally provided status of return item after 20 days. Tracing of product is not proper, there should be authentication method while returning the product and confirmation form delivery agent to user as recieved of return item at time of pick up.
To all the people, please don't order from Amazon from sangli location , i bought a watch and the delivery guy stole it by replacing it with some other product and i didn't get any refund or anything. Wasted 16k ruppes in this fraud by delivery guys When initiating refund, the delivery guys updates the status as delivery cancelled by us. Please guys don't order from Amazon ever
Since yesterday, nobody has called for delivery in day time but inquiry is being made at 10.30pm

Delivery get cancelled by distributor any time without any reason
If we order a big shipment from amazon, they'll not deliver it and updates as "rejected by customer" on amazon app. This is so ridiculous and pathetic.
